In the personal account under the "Manage Subscription" section, there is a message saying "You currently do not have full access," which prevents me from canceling the subscription. Meanwhile, I receive notifications about renewal, and every few days they try to charge my card. There is no support channel, the bot is unhelpful, and no one responds to email notifications. I don't know what to do about this, except maybe block my card.

I am an architect, and sometimes I need to make presentations for clients and partners. Using this neural network to create presentations saves a significant amount of time — 10 times or even more. You simply enter the topic, and the neural network generates key points and creates a storyboard in just 3 minutes. After that, you can adjust the presentation to your needs. There is also the option to upload your own images if the ones suggested don't suit you, but I liked the ones that were offered. Although I've only made one presentation, the benefits are already clear. Previously, preparation took half a day, and now with adjustments, it only takes 15 minutes. I do not recommend signing up for a trial subscription! Even if you turn off automatic renewal, they will still charge you money. I was charged 900 rubles without my consent. I signed up for the trial period and immediately turned off the renewal, but they still took my money. When I contacted customer support, they started demanding positive reviews on Tinkoff, threatening that they wouldn't return my money without it. So, to get my money back, I have to write a positive review. Later, I found out that this is a fraudulent scheme. If you look at the reviews, you can see that positive ones appear far too often, and people are being forced to leave good ratings to get their money back. Negative reviews reflect the true situation. This is just terrible. Such a company should be shut down. I filed a complaint with Tinkoff and hope to resolve the issue.

It's convenient that there are two modes: for full control, I switch to manual mode, where I can finely tune fonts, backgrounds, and animations, just like in PowerPoint. A good tool for developing presentation layouts. It works quickly if you formulate the prompts correctly, and there won't be any problems. However, the subscription is paid, which is not very pleasant. Additionally, the speed of work could be higher. Overall, I was satisfied with the process — the time spent creating presentations was reduced by five times. Regardless of the level of preparation, the neural network performs faster. I give it a 4, as there are aspects that can be improved. Otherwise, it generates text on its own, chooses the background, and determines the text format. If everything is clearly stated, there won't be any difficulties.
