We started our collaboration in October 2024. The targeting specialist conducted an analysis of our current metrics, prepared a report, and created an action plan. Together, we refined the company website: removing unnecessary elements and adding what was missing. During the process, we also set up and filled out advertising materials for our Yandex Business profile and campaigns in Yandex Direct. As a result, our metrics improved significantly. After the paid work period ended, we continued on our own based on the targeting specialist's recommendations, but ultimately decided to reach out to SberTarget again for the same specialist. We set up advertising on VK and Avito. Now the second three-month period of our collaboration has ended, and we received a detailed report and recommendations for further promotion. We plan to seek help from SberTarget again in the near future.

I was persuaded by a manager from Sberbank, who insisted that they have the best marketers. I paid 65,000 for ad setup, of which 40,000 went to Yandex. The result was zero: no calls, no applications came in. In the end, they sent a report with Sberbank's logos, in which they admitted that the results were poor, and at the end added the slogan: "Trust the professionals!" I strongly do not recommend this — it's a scam. They pressure you to trust the brand.

It was necessary to reconfigure or recreate several advertising campaigns, reduce the cost of applications, and change the goals. I believe that the results have been achieved, and the manager from "SberTarget" prepared a technical assignment for adjusting the application forms to "I recommend." We continue our collaboration, and I hope that all the tasks set will be successfully resolved.
