During our collaboration, the targeting specialist was always available and regularly answered any questions that arose. Reports were provided every week. There were sometimes minor delays in task completion, but they were not critical and were resolved in a professional manner. On the downside, I had to come up with most of the ideas and creatives for the restaurant's advertising myself, as there was little initiative from the specialist in this area. Additionally, the cost of services seemed inflated compared to the results achieved.

I ordered a targeting service for three months, focusing on promotion in VK. The results turned out to be quite good: the number of subscribers increased from 109 to 364. The targeting specialist regularly sent reports. At the beginning, she suggested ideas for improving the VK page, and at the end, she provided a final report, which she explained to me over the phone, breaking everything down point by point. Currently, all settings are saved, and I was informed about how to continue running ads in VK on my own, as well as which advertising campaigns yield the best results. Additionally, after the increase in subscriptions, there was a rise in visits on Yandex Maps. I lowered my rating by one point due to the lack of creative ideas from the manager; I had to suggest and refine some aspects myself. Also, after the presentation, I got the impression that they would also be creating posts in the group, but it turned out that the targeting specialist only handles advertising posts for targeting. Therefore, I believe that 20,000 rubles per month for targeting services is an inflated price. For that amount, I would have expected them to fill both VK and TG with content, as well as launch targeted ads in VK. That's why I didn't extend the service, but the overall outcome is still positive.
