I was persuaded by a manager from Sberbank, who insisted that they have the best marketers. I paid 65,000 for ad setup, of which 40,000 went to Yandex. The result was zero: no calls, no applications came in. In the end, they sent a report with Sberbank's logos, in which they admitted that the results were poor, and at the end added the slogan: "Trust the professionals!" I strongly do not recommend this — it's a scam. They pressure you to trust the brand.
