The pricing plans are diverse: there are options for beginners, as well as a "Business" plan for those who are seriously engaged in business projects. Communication with tech support is a bit lacking, but it's not critical.

In my opinion, 200 rubles a year for a domain is a great deal, the company is really good, overall, I am satisfied. They take their clients seriously. The site offers to send 1 ruble! When you trust the resource, you send money, and then forget to uncheck the box (auto-renewal), and money is deducted from your card! When you ask for a refund because you haven't used the site, it doesn't work! They will only refund unnecessary points! The constructor itself is very inconvenient and often freezes.

You can add various blocks and edit existing ones. You can also register a domain right away so that the website address doesn’t include “.nethouse.ru.” The builder can be mastered in a day, but to fully understand its capabilities, you need to create more than one website. I currently have no problems with it; I can create new websites in just a few hours. Changes can be made at any time, and they will immediately reflect for all internet users. There are also no issues with promoting such websites; they are inexpensive. We usually rent for a year or two when we update annual projects. This costs about 200 rubles a month, meaning a one-time payment will be around 2,500 to 5,000 rubles. Whether that's a lot or a little, I don't know, especially since website expenses are included in the event budget.

650 rubles were deducted from my card. Several days of communication with support yielded no results. The response was that my money was automatically converted into their "points," and they cannot return it. The card is linked to the service automatically, and to unlink it, you have to find hidden settings.

Five years ago, I created a website using this builder. At first, everything seemed simple, but as I delved deeper, I realized how limited the functionality and extensions are. The prices are just outrageous! Over all these years, almost nothing has changed: there are updates, but they are useless, like connecting a cash register for payments with high fees or unnecessary mailing services. Recently, there was a price increase, and although they tried to explain the reasons, claiming they are constantly working on improvements, I wondered what exactly they have done that is useful and what problems remain. I wrote a letter to the director, as the tech support recommended, but I've been waiting for a response for three months now, and tech support claims it's not their concern, so just wait. Additionally, the photo upload speed is very low (even though I compressed them beforehand), and one search engine even complained about this to improve my site's visibility. I often have to make changes myself to ensure the address displays correctly on the map. Tech support often misleads, claiming that the problems are due to search engines, poor internet, or that they are working on it, but they can't say when everything will be fixed. Therefore, if you plan to use the site for a long time and want it to rank well in searches, it's better to choose another builder. I intend to leave this service soon, although it won't be easy.

I do not recommend using the services of this registrar; I encountered difficulties obtaining the AuthInfo for transferring the domain. With other registrars, you can simply request the information via email or phone, but here you have to go to a notary to certify your signature. They create additional complications to keep clients, and it would be better if they lowered the renewal prices for the domain.
