Five years ago, I created a website using this builder. At first, everything seemed simple, but as I delved deeper, I realized how limited the functionality and extensions are. The prices are just outrageous! Over all these years, almost nothing has changed: there are updates, but they are useless, like connecting a cash register for payments with high fees or unnecessary mailing services. Recently, there was a price increase, and although they tried to explain the reasons, claiming they are constantly working on improvements, I wondered what exactly they have done that is useful and what problems remain. I wrote a letter to the director, as the tech support recommended, but I've been waiting for a response for three months now, and tech support claims it's not their concern, so just wait. Additionally, the photo upload speed is very low (even though I compressed them beforehand), and one search engine even complained about this to improve my site's visibility. I often have to make changes myself to ensure the address displays correctly on the map. Tech support often misleads, claiming that the problems are due to search engines, poor internet, or that they are working on it, but they can't say when everything will be fixed. Therefore, if you plan to use the site for a long time and want it to rank well in searches, it's better to choose another builder. I intend to leave this service soon, although it won't be easy.
