All About Landlords on Naoni

nikaveronika79 Guest

The information is not verified... they just randomly write reviews about realtors or tenants. I had photos of all the apartments taken by me personally, and based on my photos, they claimed that they were not unique and gave me a negative rating because of that. Don't trust this site... it's a scam.

Some Dmitry Stein from Tel Aviv is creating some kind of "resource" (quote... "aiming to bring order to the real estate rental market. This order is based on the reputation of the landlord. We believe that a decent landlord, who is focused on building their positive reputation, has nothing to hide"). At the same time, he makes the AVITO database freely accessible on the internet, opens all the phone numbers associated with the ads, copies photos, and publishes the entire history of actions related to editing ads (such as price adjustments, removal, reopening, etc.). He announces his super project – searching for similar ads by photo online. But this service has long existed with Yandex and Google. You can insert any photo, and it shows all the websites where that photo is used. He also assigns a color to each phone number based on Dmitry's level of trust in that ad. He believes that any owner who has rented (or not rented!) an apartment (Dmitry has no information about this, he only knows when the ad was removed from publication) - (quote... "a person renting out an apartment is engaged in public commercial activity. Therefore, they must be prepared for all consequences: ... tax payment requirements, appearing in various archives. Yes, this could only be done in Russia, because working honestly and transparently is somehow not customary, but it’s time to bring order to this area"). It seems that Dmitry has decided for some reason to expose only the owners.

So, Dmitry, you have become a champion of morality and justice in the Russian real estate market. It’s unclear why you are doing this from Israel? Is there really nothing else to do there? Or have all the problems with Palestinian terrorists been resolved?

Or did you make up this pseudonym? Or is your historical homeland not Israel, but, for example, some area of the Ural Mountains? Or St. Petersburg? And your last name is not Stein, but ends with (-ov, -ev)? Why have you concealed your identity? Do you have something to hide? After all, you have engaged in public activity – so introduce yourself, tell us about yourself, what you do, how, where you live. You could even post a photo of your apartment (in case you need to rent it out – it will already be in your database). By the way, here’s another idea – the Sberbank database, a great idea – it contains mobile bank numbers and the unclear origins of funds in depositors' accounts. What a goldmine! And why, after creating the site Naoni.info, did you hide your name and surname in the information about the creators?

Dmitry, when I search for my phone number in a search engine, I don’t want it to pop up on your super site along with my photos. I post an ad through AVITO, and those who need it will find it; AVITO doesn’t leak client numbers – you steal them. No one breaks the law by posting their ad, “no one parks on the lawns” – relax, delete everything, and don’t engage in work that isn’t yours.

“Suspecting yourself of clairvoyance, first check if you are not in the charm.”
Shalom!

The website discriminates against those posting real estate ads on popular classifieds. It copies ads with phone numbers to its own site, thereby violating data privacy laws. The site administrator is located in the Novosibirsk region, and when I personally requested the removal of my ad, I was told to send an SMS to a Novosibirsk number. They refuse to accept any other free methods, only SMS. On the other hand, I am in Moscow, and the SMS number is in Novosibirsk. The cost of the SMS will add up significantly. Why should I pay extra for a stolen ad that I did not consent to? Moreover, complete removal of the information is not guaranteed.
