I use this service for ARK Survival Evolved and Valheim game servers (just 2-3 players). I searched for a platform where I could significantly increase only the amount of RAM without needing a large disk or multiple CPU cores. In the end, I chose FirstVDS.ru. They often have promotions and available promo codes (I found the first promo code I came across and got a 25% discount for the first month), and even without them, the price is quite reasonable. The configurator allows you to conveniently customize the server to your requirements, but there is a downside: if you choose, for example, more than 14GB of RAM, 4 cores are automatically assigned, and you can't select fewer (meaning if you want a server with 64GB, you'll have to take 16 cores). For my needs, 14GB with 2 cores is sufficient for now. In the future, if I decide to increase the amount of RAM, I will have to consider the cost of the extra cores, which are mostly unnecessary for my game server.
