Scammers!!! They blocked my VPS, reason: DDoS (not my fault, I was the one affected). But then the "clowns of amateurs" show begins, quote: "Account a92462 was registered via a partner link, transfer is possible but with a 20% fee." But I registered the account through my second account, where the funds were not credited and, of course, they cannot return it; the amount is not large (but it's really funny). In reg.ru, they return funds to the account from which the top-up was made. That is, to my bank account or already to a QIWI wallet (which I have). And again, a refusal, the refund is only to WMR (which I don't have, I work exclusively through the bank, with confirmation of my identity). And again, I receive a refusal, reason: VPS was blocked, with no possibility of recovery, and for the next calendar month, they charged for it and for all additional services, which were also blocked with no possibility of recovery. The hosting is really not great. I recently decided to purchase a VPS - they advertised a 10-day trial, so I thought that was excellent, ordered it, and tried to activate the trial period - but I got a message saying it was impossible and to contact support. I reached out, and they told me to pay for a month and then I could test it. I asked if there was a money-back guarantee, and the response was something like according to Russian law (I think that means either there isn't one or it's only by court decision, yeah, over $25). I went ahead and ordered it - only to find out that the hosting uses the worst virtualization platform, OpenVZ, which unfortunately didn't work with my software (I didn't know this until I tried it). In the end, it turns out I just gave the host $25 for nothing. As usual, the host doesn't keep its promises.

I transferred money to my account to pay for the next month, but a few days later, the hosting service refused to provide me with services. There is money in the account, and I wrote to their terrible accounting department to get back the money I didn't spend. They replied that I should read the offer, and they won't return my money.

The tech support at this hosting is great, but it seems they didn't invest enough in the business department... There's a guy sitting there - he's somehow clueless, I can't understand him. And the woman is just as bad.
