The hosting is really not great. I recently decided to purchase a VPS - they advertised a 10-day trial, so I thought that was excellent, ordered it, and tried to activate the trial period - but I got a message saying it was impossible and to contact support. I reached out, and they told me to pay for a month and then I could test it. I asked if there was a money-back guarantee, and the response was something like according to Russian law (I think that means either there isn't one or it's only by court decision, yeah, over $25). I went ahead and ordered it - only to find out that the hosting uses the worst virtualization platform, OpenVZ, which unfortunately didn't work with my software (I didn't know this until I tried it). In the end, it turns out I just gave the host $25 for nothing. As usual, the host doesn't keep its promises.
