When renting the server, they initially tried to provide something different from what I ordered. After I checked, they said it was just a mistake. The server froze after working for about 30 minutes after I got access. I requested KVM access, after which they stopped responding to my requests. As you can see, it has been over a day now.

Therefore, I am not satisfied with this pace of work.

It took me more than a day.

Responses to requests are 1-2 times a day... it's a good thing I didn't manage to get on it.

Therefore, I consider the contract unfulfilled and demand a refund of the paid WMZ.

Overall, I have very positive impressions of the hosting service - MakHoster. I have been working with the company for several years now, managing several projects on their servers - it hasn't always been smooth, but the company has almost always corrected its mistakes and apologized. Currently, we are using 4 dedicated servers for our needs - we have never had any issues with their performance (it's been at least 3 months for sure), and the tech support is helpful, even answering silly questions. Overall, MakHoster is the best option for us.
