When renting the server, they initially tried to provide something different from what I ordered. After I checked, they said it was just a mistake. The server froze after working for about 30 minutes after I got access. I requested KVM access, after which they stopped responding to my requests. As you can see, it has been over a day now.
Therefore, I am not satisfied with this pace of work.

It clearly states:
> Server installation is free and will take no more than 1 hour.
It took me more than a day.
> Technical support is available 24 hours.
> Remote reboot within 10 minutes.
Responses to requests are 1-2 times a day... it's a good thing I didn't manage to get on it.
Therefore, I consider the contract unfulfilled and demand a refund of the paid WMZ.
