Khl-ticket.ru - arrogant resellers and scammers! When purchasing a ticket, they do not inform the buyer that the seat on the ticket will be indicated only after payment!!!! You are buying a "pig in a poke"!!! The ticket price is exactly 10 times higher than on the official website of the Hockey Club!!! Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable - that's what the managers at khl-ticket.ru say! This is a violation of Russian legislation! According to Article 423 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as paragraph 1 of Article 39 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, the sale of tickets for cultural events (concerts, theatrical performances, etc.) is carried out on a paid basis. According to paragraph 1 of Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the customer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract for paid services provided that they compensate the contractor for the actual expenses incurred. Under Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection," the consumer has the right to refuse to fulfill the contract for work (services) at any time, provided they pay the contractor for the actual expenses incurred in fulfilling the obligations under this contract.
Where is the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing looking? A gross violation of consumer rights!
