I placed orders 110558409 and 140558684 through Webmoney. The money was deducted, but the tickets did not arrive. Now I am asking for a refund back to wallet R276467263786.

I do not recommend paying on the AGENT RU website through Webmoney — the payment can "disappear"!

THIEVES and SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY TICKETS HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Be careful! I was robbed of 20,000 rubles, the money was taken from my card, and the company just brushed it off. I do not recommend buying tickets here under any circumstances. I purchased 4 tickets on October 10, and three weeks later, they charged me 20,000 rubles due to some supposed exchange rate difference. This happened three weeks after the purchase, and the information that was supposed to explain this is completely unclear to the customer. I have filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding the fraud. There are much more reliable services for buying tickets online, so beware of these THIEVES!

I booked and paid for a ticket from Vladivostok to New York with a layover in Moscow, where I had only three hours between flights. In the end, I received two separate tickets: one for the flight to Moscow and another for the flight to New York. This is no longer a transit flight, as I have to collect and check in my luggage, and if the flight is delayed, I might miss my connection! I had to go back and lost 4500 rubles. Customer support was absolutely unhelpful: at first, they assured me it was one ticket, but when I called Aeroflot, they confirmed that it was two different tickets. When I called support again, they said it was a glitch in their booking system, and the order didn't even show that I had two tickets.
