I had never heard of the jcat website before. After posting several real estate ads on Avito, I received a call from this site offering to place a package of ads on 50 boards for 3900. They even said my listings would be in the top ten! I liked it, so I went ahead and placed the order. I started monitoring the sites where my ads were supposed to appear and only found them on Yandex and Mail.ru. I admit I didn't check everywhere, but I got tired of it. I realized it was a scam. Additionally, on Yandex, my listings had a "agency" label.
