An excellent solution, I've been using it for about a year – it makes running the business much more efficient. Our audience is such that in 90% of cases, they focus on price (wherever it's cheaper, quality and service take a back seat). Therefore, it's important to keep the price lower than that of competitors, while not going into the red. This repricer solves that problem perfectly. There's no need for regular monitoring of competitors, Google Sheets, and manual price adjustments. Everything is automated and works reliably.

Pros: the interface is professional and overloaded. Disadvantages of the service: – the lack of accounting for advertising expenses is the main drawback that hinders proper margin strategy setup. – The promised features do not match reality: before payment, it was claimed that any strategies could be set up. – Limited functionality for 39,000 rubles: the service only tracks price changes in promotions, automatically adds a percentage, and changes prices on a schedule. – Many reports and dashboards that are supposed to justify the high cost actually make no sense. The current functionality is clearly overrated compared to the stated price. Strategies only work based on orders, revenue, and competitors, which is suitable only for inexpensive products. For most products, the effectiveness of advertising depends on price, but this service does not take that parameter into account. Experience with the refund: the company refused to refund, citing a completed month. Only 6 hours were spent on training and basic settings. Overall conclusion: the service creates an illusion of multifunctionality through complex reports but actually requires serious improvements, especially in the area of integration with Wildberries and accounting for advertising expenses.
