I have been using hosting from Fornex for a relatively short time, but so far I haven't encountered any drawbacks. The support service responds quickly and effectively, and you can reach out to them at any time of the day. The prices are quite reasonable, and there is a free plan for trial use. The paid plans are also fairly affordable and diverse; I plan to switch to the Business plan in the future. The only suggestion I would like to make to the developers is to provide the option to communicate with tech support not only through tickets but also by phone. This would allow for quicker resolution of any issues that arise. Everything else is great! I recommend it to everyone.

I started using Fornex in the spring. At first, I purchased a virtual server to set up a VPN for my needs. Within a few hours, I mastered both the hosting panel and all the necessary settings. About two months ago, I ordered hosting for one of my projects, and everything connected and started working in just a few minutes. The hosting works quickly, at least for my landing page. I'm satisfied with the prices, and as far as I know, it's quite inexpensive compared to other options. When I contacted customer support to request a transfer of my site from one plan to another (I accidentally placed three of my sites on two plans, which was not cost-effective since I could have used just one, but I figured this out later), after the transfer to the new plan, the forms stopped sending requests from the site. Support quickly fixed everything. I have no complaints; the work was done excellently.

Why even offer a trial period if the features are limited? htaccess is hardly recognized. The claimed CMSs do not work reliably on all of them. I spent 3 hours on the installation and another hour figuring out the cause of numerous errors. I do not recommend this hosting! Don’t waste your nerves! And don’t pay attention to the positive reviews. It’s better to try the trial period first.

Study their terms of service; almost everything is prohibited! After purchasing the VPS, I received a ticket from customer support asking for a photo of my passport data alongside the ticket. I asked what this was for and was told it was just a document verification. The VPS was used for completely legal purposes, no shady business. Since I couldn't take a photo, I offered to send documents from my LLC (as I am a legal entity), and they agreed, so I sent them. Then I received a message stating that I had violated their terms of service (specifically for tunneling traffic, which is prohibited). I was given time to transfer my data, the VPS was blocked, and they promised to refund my money. Great job, indeed. Most likely, they are selling users' documents; otherwise, I see no other reason.

The developers are honest in their approach: if you cancel your order, the money will be refunded without any issues. The price for the VPN is low, but unfortunately, it is only available for one country, and it takes quite a bit of effort to set up. Sometimes there are connection drops when launching torrent programs. Additionally, they block access to the VPN if you use torrent clients through their service, so if you are an active torrent user, it's better not to take the risk.
