Study their terms of service; almost everything is prohibited! After purchasing the VPS, I received a ticket from customer support asking for a photo of my passport data alongside the ticket. I asked what this was for and was told it was just a document verification. The VPS was used for completely legal purposes, no shady business. Since I couldn't take a photo, I offered to send documents from my LLC (as I am a legal entity), and they agreed, so I sent them. Then I received a message stating that I had violated their terms of service (specifically for tunneling traffic, which is prohibited). I was given time to transfer my data, the VPS was blocked, and they promised to refund my money. Great job, indeed. Most likely, they are selling users' documents; otherwise, I see no other reason.
