For small amounts, the commission is outrageous. For $10, the fee is $3.5 (33%). I’ll go to another exchange where I can get a better rate with a 4% fee.

I have been using this exchange service for about a year. Previously, everything was fine, but lately, there have been frequent delays and technical issues. I exchanged money from Yandex to Sber, waited, and ultimately found out that they didn’t warn me about a 25-hour delay in the exchange. The technical support is definitely top-notch: communication with them is quick and efficient, and they try to smooth over the situation, but each time, the negative feelings intensify. It would be great if the site administration took action. The exchange speed and rates used to be good.

Recently, I used an exchange service to transfer funds from my Yandex wallet to a Sberbank card. The operation was urgent, and among all the found exchangers, E-obmen offered the lowest commission. I transferred 5,000 and received 4,727 with a few small coins. I was satisfied with the service and the speed of the exchange! Using this exchanger is easy and straightforward; it took me no more than three minutes.

I have used this exchange service several times and found no drawbacks. Each time, the transactions go quickly and without delays. The 24/7 service is very convenient. My requests have never been declined; I transferred to different cards, and it's nice that the exchange service works with almost all (or even all) banks in Russia. On average, each transfer took no more than 2-5 minutes. Honestly, I am pleasantly surprised!

This is one of my favorite exchange services. I have no complaints about it. What I like? A small minimum amount for exchange (about $8), as well as very fast transaction speeds — often instantly, within 15-20 seconds. I really like that :) However, I always keep an eye on the rates, as they can unexpectedly drop... In that case, I either wait a day or two, or turn to other services. P.S. My direction is private to Payeer and back.
