I have been using this exchange service for about a year. Previously, everything was fine, but lately, there have been frequent delays and technical issues. I exchanged money from Yandex to Sber, waited, and ultimately found out that they didn’t warn me about a 25-hour delay in the exchange. The technical support is definitely top-notch: communication with them is quick and efficient, and they try to smooth over the situation, but each time, the negative feelings intensify. It would be great if the site administration took action. The exchange speed and rates used to be good.
