I couldn't find out if the site pays or not, but I'll share my experience. I registered, earned a few cents almost up to $1, and then my account was blocked. I wrote to support, and they replied that they did this because I provided false information on the site, but that's a lie from their side since I filled in all my details honestly. I registered with another account, provided accurate information again, but they blocked my account once more as soon as I earned a few cents. It seems that the site profits from those who click for them, like me, and I think there are many others, so they probably accumulate a decent amount. In short, don't believe them, they are scammers and losers!
I haven't been able to request a payout for the second week now. Before that, I was paying regularly. The last payout was on 10/05/2012. I apologize for the negative review. I checked my profile, and I hadn't selected a payout method. I chose Payza; before that, it was AlertPay (this really happened due to the rebranding). Right after that, I made a request for a payout. Your request has been put to cashout queue. We will pay you as soon as possible. We're waiting for the payout. Today is 12/18/2012, and when the payment arrives, I will write. The payout came on 12/28/2012. The site pays.
I just received another payout on Liberty Reserve. I've never had any problems with payouts on this site. This is about my 5th payout. If you don't mind, for registration, the referrer is alexrealcash.
