They refuse to refund for 14 unused months. The host does not fulfill its obligations and provides poor-quality services. I will only remove this review after receiving the amount for 14 months (2506 rubles).

1. Hosting *****. Not unlimited. Strict limits.
2. Technical support is terrible. They respond to tickets after a day. You can't reach them by phone.
3. Uptime is around 90%, if you're lucky.

An inadequate host where complete chaos reigns. A truly careless and irresponsible attitude from everyone working in this mess. Servers down for a week, with no way to retrieve backups, are considered normal, which doesn't require informing clients about service issues and their resolution. The slow and incompetent support is beyond criticism and is just infuriating. It's hard to imagine anything worse.

The site has been unavailable for two weeks. I'm leaving, and they haven't returned the remaining funds yet. I do not recommend it to anyone. The worst hosting I've experienced in the 4 years since I created my first website.
