An inadequate host where complete chaos reigns. A truly careless and irresponsible attitude from everyone working in this mess. Servers down for a week, with no way to retrieve backups, are considered normal, which doesn't require informing clients about service issues and their resolution. The slow and incompetent support is beyond criticism and is just infuriating. It's hard to imagine anything worse.
