The statistics are pleasing - you can track the number of actions over specific periods, including information about who exactly was followed. As for the downsides, there are sometimes bugs and slowdowns when some account lags in promotion and performs fewer actions than expected. Sometimes accounts would get logged out, but it seems that has been fixed. It's important that support reacts quickly and helps with any issues that arise. Overall, I definitely recommend this service.

Overall, I really like everything. The management is quite simple. This site and bot help me save time and simplify my work. They send welcome messages to new subscribers, do mailings for old subscribers, as well as for competitors' subscribers. In general, it's great! The only downside is that the site is inconvenient to use. Working in the app is much easier: the text is fully visible there, and it's generally more convenient. I used this service for over five months, but after the functionality update, I got banned. "Bridgit" introduced new features, and for some unknown reason, the app automatically set limits for story views, likes, and so on. For example, if I was allowed to like 10 people a day, I always liked less than half to avoid getting into trouble. I noticed a decrease in activity on my page and realized that I was in a shadow ban. I logged into "Bridgit" and was shocked by the new limits that had been set — everywhere the values exceeded the allowed limits. This is just terrible!
