Not a professional, just an individual. I had a "lightly loaded" online store on Opencart hosted here. I used this hosting service from August 2016 until the end of September 2019. Regarding the quality of service: 1) Overall, it's acceptable for Russia. When I connected the dedicated IP service, several websites were hosted on one "dedicated" server. Only upon inquiry did they explain that for an "additional fee" they enhanced protection against attacks and viruses. We agreed (payments were only accepted via cards and e-wallets). The website crashed several times, root files were deleted... We didn't receive clear explanations, but they restored it for free from a backup. They monitor resource consumption! And they raise tariffs, possibly justified by CPU usage, but I can't verify, even though there were "0+" clients. Technical support responded competently and within acceptable timeframes. 2) In September, there was an incident with a "rights holder." We received a complaint letter and a complete shutdown (website, admin panel, hosting panel). The notification came only via email. The complaint was sent without specific links to violations. When we requested them to ask the complainant for a link to the violation, they refused. After negotiations and requests to restore and filter possible violations, they also refused. After some time, they offered to pay significantly more with changes to all settings and a switch to unknown servers. We decided to move our websites. We requested a refund of the amount paid due to our departure. Clear sabotage began. We requested an OFFICIAL letter in paper form by mail. We waited for it. After 1 month and 8 days of demanding a "written" request for a refund, they offered a refund ONLY through Webmoney. So, on one hand, they demand an official letter for the refund, and on the other hand, they offer a refund through "schemes." Time is passing, and the "service" deadlines are expiring. It's not a client-oriented service and problematic regarding refunds. There is a high likelihood that you will be disconnected over a minimal and even fabricated complaint.
