We set up integration with amoCRM through Pact, and it's just great. Now we can communicate with clients through different messengers and social networks in one window without losing the familiar interface. All correspondence is saved in the cards, and requests automatically turn into deals. The system works reliably, messages come in quickly, and there are no duplicates of new messages in the deals. There hasn't been a single failure in several months. As for newsletters, this option is much more cost-effective than traditional services, although it depends on the size of the database — that's how it is for us. For those who don't use CRM, there's a standard web version with a simple interaction system: you can chat from your personal account, add notes, assign managers, and create filters. But it's definitely better to integrate with a full-fledged CRM.

A wonderful service for organizing communication with clients. It combines different channels in one place, eliminating the need to correspond separately in VK, Telegram, and WhatsApp, as well as searching for where and to whom something was sent. All messages are collected in one interface, from where you can write in the desired messenger. For clients, everything remains the same. Now I have all the information at my fingertips. The data goes into an internal database, and you can connect a full-fledged CRM through integration. There is a bot for process automation. Large companies will find the analytics on operators interesting (this is not relevant for me since I work in the service) — you can see how much time is spent on responses and how quickly employees react. I use the analytics to assess the effectiveness of the channels. The pricing is quite affordable. The tariff system here is such that you pay for each connected messenger. If a channel is not used, you don't have to pay for it. I haven't encountered this approach in other services, where payment is made for everything at once. Here, it feels fairer.

This is a very reliable service. We use integration with amoCRM through WhatsApp and Telegram, which allows for convenient communication and tracking of employee conversations.
