There is the possibility of integrating third-party CRMs, not just the standard one. You can also connect payment systems, including Yoomoney for individuals. However, there were some inconvenient moments. For example, product cards were sent in separate messages, and you had to enter numbers to flip through pages. Perhaps this has already been fixed. Overall, the builder is more complex than its counterparts, but this is due to the additional features. If you need to create a simple bot, that's not a problem. But diving into the settings, you'll have to navigate many nuances, yet in the end, the functionality will be impressive.

At first, I started using the platform in the free mode and had a few subscribers on my channel. Later, I switched to the paid version, which is inexpensive (if you plan to use it for WhatsApp, keep in mind that the payment is separate), but it works reliably and offers many useful features. The service has an excellent knowledge base: in addition to the usual FAQ, there is a video course on how to use the platform and various articles on integrations. I didn't need support assistance during the setup, as everything is explained in enough detail. The bot works flawlessly.

When choosing a builder to create a bot, I tried many different services. In the free mode, I tested more than ten builders, and LEADTEX turned out to be the most convenient and understandable. The interface is simple, and I quickly figured out how to set up message chains. You can add blocks, configure connections, actions, filters, and other elements, as well as test how everything works. Overall, there are many small settings, but those are for professionals. Special thanks to the team for their support. During the setup and usage process, I had many questions, especially since I had never worked with bots before. They answered all my questions, even the simplest ones, in an accessible way and quite quickly.

The functionality is very convenient, the administrators are always ready to help, there is a community of its own, and the prices are quite reasonable. I have been using this builder for a long time, and the team always provides support if any difficulties arise. There are many tutorial videos from different authors that explain in detail how to set up bots. I give it a solid five out of five.

The horizontal expansion of Lidtech unfortunately leads to a loss of customers on weekends due to insufficient server performance. The idea is good — a five, but the implementation clearly fell short — only a three. No one monitors the servers on weekends, which causes lags and glitches. With this approach, it's difficult to develop the service and retain customers.
