At first, I started using the platform in the free mode and had a few subscribers on my channel. Later, I switched to the paid version, which is inexpensive (if you plan to use it for WhatsApp, keep in mind that the payment is separate), but it works reliably and offers many useful features. The service has an excellent knowledge base: in addition to the usual FAQ, there is a video course on how to use the platform and various articles on integrations. I didn't need support assistance during the setup, as everything is explained in enough detail. The bot works flawlessly.
