I used Leadtex, and it turned out to be quite a good bot builder. The customization here is at a high level, with many settings for buttons, phrases, and more. There is the possibility of integrating third-party CRMs, not just the standard one. You can also connect payment systems, including Yoomoney for individuals. However, there were some inconvenient moments. For example, product cards were sent in separate messages, and you had to enter numbers to flip through pages. Perhaps this has already been fixed. Overall, the builder is more complex than its counterparts, but this is due to the additional features. If you need to create a simple bot, that's not a problem. But diving into the settings, you'll have to navigate many nuances, yet in the end, the functionality will be impressive.
