Beginners will appreciate the simplicity and comfort, while professionals will enjoy the favorable conditions. Through the exchange, you can buy cryptocurrency for rubles with minimal fees. First, you need to top up your account in rubles, which can be done at the exchange offices located in many major cities in Russia. Then, you create a request through the TG bot, select the office and the amount. After that, you need to come at the appointed time with the money and wait for the funds to be credited to your account. The fee at this stage varies from 0% to 1% depending on the office. Next, through the exchange itself, you can simply buy USDT in the standard way – using a market or limit order. Here, the fee is 0.07-0.1% depending on the position. Tokens can be transferred to an external address, and it's better to use TRC-20, as the fee will be only 2 USDT. The selling algorithm is similar. Overall, transactions with rubles here are much more profitable than on other exchanges or in exchange offices. I have been trading Tether on this exchange almost since it started. In the beginning, the conditions were much more attractive – makers didn't pay a fee, and takers had a fee of 0.07%. This is a common practice to attract liquidity. Currently, the fees have increased: makers pay 0.07%, and takers pay 0.1%. Nevertheless, even now, trading with stablecoins remains profitable. On other platforms, the fees are higher, and alternative methods (like P2P markets) are less advantageous. Additionally, to buy USDT here, you don't need foreign currency, as the only pair on the exchange is with RUB (although there is one with USD, most people find it more convenient and easier to conduct transactions in rubles).

I sold cryptocurrency through this exchange and withdrew it in rubles. I went to the office to get the money, which is only 20 minutes away from me. I didn't pay a single ruble for the withdrawal. The withdrawal process turned out to be a bit complicated: I had to submit a request in Telegram and then come at the scheduled time to show my passport and so on. So, you can't just walk in and get the money. But they returned all my money completely and without any problems. The guys are reasonable and work honestly.

It's difficult to call ABCEX a full-fledged exchange. Yes, it has spot trading functionality and all the necessary tools. However, only one pair is actually traded – USDT to RUB. This means that this exchange can be viewed almost as a currency exchange for buying and selling cryptocurrency for rubles. If you need to cash out USDT, you simply deposit tokens into the exchange, place a sell order, receive rubles in your account, and withdraw them. To buy USDT, you need to top up your account with rubles, place a buy order for USDT, acquire the tokens, and transfer them from the exchange balance to the desired wallet. The main advantage of ABCEX is not only its support for rubles (which is quite common in P2P), but also its low fees and the ability to deposit and withdraw in fiat. They charge up to 0.1% for orders, and cash withdrawals at the office in Moscow are completely fee-free. It's a real find!

Great exchange service. If they added more tokens, there would be no competition. Currently, only Tether is available for trading. But it's nice to have offices in various cities, not just in Moscow and St. Petersburg like many others. For example, in Chelyabinsk, I have partners on Kirova Street. The only downside compared to the Moscow office is that the commission is 0.8% (in Moscow, it's 0%). However, there is the option to deposit and withdraw cash.

I have used this exchange three times. Once I bought stablecoins, and the other times I withdrew them to fiat. The main drawback of this exchange is that it does not support any cryptocurrencies other than stablecoins. This means you can only buy or sell them, and only for rubles or dollars. There are simply no other options. The functionality, aside from p2p, is also lacking, and this section seems to be added just for show, to assist those who cannot conduct fiat operations through offices. The prices for stablecoins are in line with the market, but thanks to low fees, buying and selling becomes quite profitable. The exchange operates in Russia without issues, and there are offices for fiat operations in many cities. I did not notice any signs of fraud; all transactions were successful, and I received my money in full at the stated rate without hidden fees.

First, they shut down the offices in Moscow. Now, the ability to work with rubles has disappeared. There are constant technical issues. The face of the exchange is Khabib Nurmagomedov. They found, damn it, an authority in the crypto industry. If you try to ask any uncomfortable questions, you get banned in the chat immediately. In general, make your own decisions and weigh the risks. And then don’t say you weren’t warned.

They informed me that the transfer of 300 USDT did not pass the AML check and stated that the funds would be returned. However, after 4 days, the money has still not been returned, and in response to my inquiries, they say they are working on the issue and will process the refund soon. Currently, the offices are not operational due to technical reasons, and communication is only possible through the chat in the Telegram channel.
