The exchange service is not bad, although it doesn't always offer the most attractive rates. Nevertheless, I often exchange bitcoins for Payeer, as I haven't found a more convenient place yet. The money arrives quite quickly, and I haven't had any issues (they transfer exactly what is specified). I also frequently exchange Perfect Money for QIWI – there are some peculiarities here, but in most cases, the money arrives almost instantly, and the rate is usually the best I've encountered. As for the exchange from Payeer to QIWI/Yandex Money, I can't say anything positive, as the rate is often not the most favorable. However, I do receive the money reliably and without problems, so overall I don't have any difficulties with the exchange service. Although I haven't tried exchanges through banks, I think there won't be any issues there either, and the rates will be quite favorable, but often for bitcoins and Payeer, I manage to find better offers than most others.

In fact, you can exchange almost any currency for the funds you need. The system features over thirty banks—both Russian and foreign (including Ukrainian, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, and even Moldovan banks—I haven't seen this anywhere else). There are also many coins and even rare options like electronic vouchers. Against this background, the absence of YuMoney and Webmoney seems a bit strange. Perhaps they were just forgotten? Guys, please try to add them if possible.

I recommend using it for topping up cryptocurrency wallets. I often turn to this service myself. Overall, the exchange rate is decent or good. However, it's worth checking on BestChange — sometimes there are rare exceptions with the rate. The exchange happens instantly, without operators and waiting. I've exchanged many times and have been satisfied. A couple of times I used a coupon that came via email from partner exchanges. I don't see any point in specifically looking for it — the difference is negligible.

I exchanged cryptocurrency for rubles. I paid the bank for the services, but the rubles never arrived in my account; instead, the bank issued a fake demand from the tax office. When I called the tax office, they told me it was a scam and that I should ignore the demand. The bank, however, claims that my account is blocked, and if I don't make the payment, they will transfer the money somewhere else.

Friends, update the information! Yoomoney electronic money is no longer available for exchange. Neither for buying nor for selling. It used to be available =( The exchange rate was decent, I exchanged several times. Everything went quickly, at most in 5 minutes. In general, like many other exchangers, this one is also increasingly moving towards cryptocurrency. It's sad. Many people exchange Yoomoney, and its exclusion from the functionality creates inconveniences.

I made a transfer through Paypal using the details provided in the chat for the amount of 200 dollars. In the end, I was told that the money had not been received, and we are checking... I waited for 40 minutes. In my account, the status shows: money sent. The transfer was definitely successful. In the chat, they wrote that the payment for my request had not been received, and we are clarifying with Paypal support, and that’s it... They are not responding to emails at all. I am, of course, very dissatisfied.
