The exchange service is not bad, although it doesn't always offer the most attractive rates. Nevertheless, I often exchange bitcoins for Payeer, as I haven't found a more convenient place yet. The money arrives quite quickly, and I haven't had any issues (they transfer exactly what is specified). I also frequently exchange Perfect Money for QIWI – there are some peculiarities here, but in most cases, the money arrives almost instantly, and the rate is usually the best I've encountered. As for the exchange from Payeer to QIWI/Yandex Money, I can't say anything positive, as the rate is often not the most favorable. However, I do receive the money reliably and without problems, so overall I don't have any difficulties with the exchange service. Although I haven't tried exchanges through banks, I think there won't be any issues there either, and the rates will be quite favorable, but often for bitcoins and Payeer, I manage to find better offers than most others.
