These Terms govern your use of the Sites.Reviews platform ("Platform", "we"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or publishing content, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. About the service
The Platform is an information service: a catalog of companies, websites, and services, together with the ability to leave reviews and ratings about them. We provide a venue for sharing user opinion and are not a party to the relationship between review authors and the companies they write about.
2. Acceptance and changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page; continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept them.
3. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users who have reached the age at which, under the law applicable to them, they may independently use online services and consent to the processing of personal data (generally 16; in some jurisdictions 18). The service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the necessary legal capacity.

5. Review and content rules
When publishing content, you agree to the following rules:
- a review must reflect your genuine experience with the company or service;
- no insults, threats, hate speech, or discrimination;
- no spam, advertising, bait links, or unrelated commercial content;
- no publishing of other people's personal or confidential information;
- no rating manipulation, paid, fake, or misleading reviews;
- no content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Conduct
The Platform may not be used in ways that could disrupt its operation or security: automated data collection without permission, attempts to bypass protective measures, misrepresenting your identity, or actions aimed at distorting scores and ratings.
7. User content and licence
You retain rights to the content you create and are responsible for it. By publishing, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you publish.
8. Reviews reflect user opinions
Reviews and ratings are the subjective opinions of their authors and are not statements of fact by the Platform. We act as an information intermediary, do not verify the accuracy of every review, and give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information posted. Companies mentioned may claim their profile and respond to reviews. Upon a reasoned request, disputed content may be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected or removed. 9. Third-party rights and trademarks
Company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for information purposes. If you believe posted material infringes your rights, notify us via the Contacts page and we will consider the request within a reasonable time.
10. Paid services
The core functionality of the Platform is provided free of charge. Where individual services are offered on a paid basis, their terms, price, and payment procedure are communicated to you at the point of purchase and governed by the applicable terms (offer). Such services are not required to use the Platform.
11. Platform intellectual property
The design, source code, and other elements of the Platform (except user content and rights-holder materials) are protected by law and may not be used without our permission.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, or of the fitness of the posted information for your particular purposes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not liable for decisions you make based on reviews or other information on the service, nor for indirect damages related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Authors are responsible for the content of their reviews.
14. Moderation and blocking
We may reject, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms, and restrict access or block accounts for systematic or serious violations.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law in force at the location of the Platform operator, unless mandatory rules of your jurisdiction provide otherwise. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.
