I'll say this about the service: when I registered, I entered my MTS mobile number, and immediately after that, they activated (my content was jokes) etc. I received an SMS on the number, and I didn't even know it was happening. What surprised me was that I know content can consume balance unnoticed, so I had to spend time disabling the service. But who doesn't know that when content is connected, they lose their money? In general, I don't know if it's a coincidence or not; I didn't investigate further. As for support in the chat, at least I encountered quality assistance. I had many questions, believe me, regarding tariffs, connections, etc. The answers were detailed and of good quality. Overall, I can say that the tariffs are advantageous depending on the countries, but I wasn't lucky communicating with Ukraine. It turns out to be cheaper and more convenient for me to communicate directly with Russia via mobile tariffs than through their website for free. In some cases, there is a small plus: an SMS for 120 rubles monthly for renting a number, which is useful for registering something in Ukraine, like e-wallets from different services, but other than that, I didn't see anything more useful from this for free!
