I bought hosting for a game server. The prices are really low and there is unlimited traffic. But problems started from day one. The tech support responds rudely and closes tickets without resolving the issue. I asked to cancel the rental — they ignored me. Honestly, the server itself worked fine and the ping was decent — that's a plus. But the issue with the rude attitude of the administration outweighs all the positives. Goodbye, I do not recommend it until the service improves the quality of support.
