I've been familiar with the hosting from Rostelecom since 2012, and I switched to their hosting in the middle of the decade, continuing to host my websites here. Currently, I'm using the W3 package, and about 2/3 of the disk space is occupied with several resources. I have no complaints about the quality of service; the support team is competent and responds quickly to inquiries. In terms of traffic, FTP, databases, and email, the plans have no limitations, so it's best to choose based on the SSD volume and the maximum number of websites. If needed, you can purchase additional volumes separately, and the prices for those are also quite reasonable. Speaking of prices in general, the hosting can't be called the cheapest. I've seen offers that are 25-30% lower, but those providers raise doubts, while here I've been convinced of reliability for five years. The hosting confidently handles the load even with a large number of visitors, which not everyone can offer. In terms of hardware, the provider doesn't boast anything unique; they use common solid-state drives and Intel processors. Serious websites load quickly, even though I don't skimp on images.
