The screenshots show the correspondence with the administration of their official group on VKontakte. I had a problem logging into the site, and not only did they not help me, but they also called me stupid, after which they blocked me on their blacklist. I highly do not recommend this hosting. If you encounter any issues, they won't be able to help you, they'll just send you away.
