Overall, the hosting is completely subpar, and it's no surprise that its traffic is declining every day. I wouldn't be surprised if there are only a handful of real customers left. The reason is the inadequate technical support, which starts to be rude and shows its pathetic ego. Technical support exists only in words, while in reality, it displays arrogance.
