We reached out with a request to recover our email password, addressed them formally, and in response, a support staff member popped up. It seems like something is off in their life since they communicate with people in such a way; this person clearly needs psychological help. Previously, we used the hosting service, and I can't say it was excellent; there were lags (even on powerful PCs), but the hosting was (if it hasn't closed down yet, it remains) the cheapest. Now it becomes clear why that is, haha. I strongly advise against using this hosting service unless you want to encounter rudeness from the support team.
