I rented a Minecraft server from this company for a year. Sometimes the server would go down, and the panel worked intermittently, but overall nothing critical. However, the website states that "Any core and any versions are available" and "Installation of any mods and plugins," but it was impossible to install mods for a certain period. Attempts to install a core compatible with plugins and mods (Magma) were unsuccessful. When I contacted support about this issue, I encountered rudeness, caps, and insults. The next day, the server worked again, but only through workarounds. Another incident: a year ago, as a newbie, I wanted to set up a lettered IP address and again reached out to support, receiving rudeness in response. They didn't respond at all to another ticket. Just recently, I was two weeks late on payment, and after I made the payment, I found out that my server had been deleted. So, I paid money and got a deleted server (reminding you, after a year of working on it!) without any explanation. Writing to tech support again, I faced caps, insults, and rudeness. In the end: they provide services, but everything else leaves much to be desired. If you need good hosting, it's better to look elsewhere.
