My internet connection with Volia started with a free installation, but then I was told I had to pay 20 UAH for the cable. I paid and used the internet for 7 months. Suddenly, I received a text message saying I owed 180 UAH. I called Volia and expressed my outrage: "Why is this happening? I always pay on time!" I was asked to wait and was informed that the tariff had increased from 50 to 70 UAH, but I was not notified about this! This is a violation of the contract, which states that I should be warned about a tariff change 2 weeks in advance. I refused to pay and decided to sort it out. After many calls and an email to tech support, they called me back, apologized, said it was a mistake, and offered to reconnect me. I refused, and they promised to write off the debt, but they never did and handed it over to the collectors "KreditExpress." Now I am arguing with them every month and proving my case. Think twice before connecting to Volia!
