A complete failure, not a provider. It's impossible to reach the call center — they promise a wait time of 50 seconds, but in reality, you end up waiting 5 minutes, and in the end, no one answers (number 032 232–33–33). Their technicians are also greedy, trying to make money at every turn, and if you don't give them what they want, you'll get a bill that will make your eyes pop out... This is from personal experience. It's better to install a satellite dish; at least you'll save your nerves.
