I installed the app, went through the identification process, and then found out that issuing the card would cost 100 euros. Additionally, there is a service fee. When I logically asked in the chat about the guarantees that the money wouldn't disappear after payment, I received an interesting response: since I registered, I must agree to the terms. I suggested getting the card first and then making the payment, but they firmly refused and insisted on prepayment, literally demanding it — they sent links to their website where everything is stated, assuring me that they are a bank and so on. In response to my objections, they only asked me to transfer 100 euros and explained that usually, banks deduct funds from the account. I said I didn't see a problem with getting the card first. Once the card is received, then I would make the payment, but again in the chat, I was refused and reminded that I had agreed to the company's rules and so on. I asked to escalate my request to management, and they promised a quick response. A week has passed, and I still haven't received a reply. Conclusion: this is a scam, don't fall for it.
