Individual entrepreneur K., represented by specialist Natalia Alexeevna Baskakova from the business consulting firm "Correct Solution," filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court of the Udmurt Republic against LLC "O" for the recovery of unjust enrichment and interest on the lease agreement. The debt arose due to the transfer of rental payments by LLC "O" (the Lessor) for a period during which entrepreneur K. (the Lessee) did not actually use the premises and terminated the contract. As a result, the parties reached a settlement agreement, and the overpaid rental payments were returned to entrepreneur K.
