I'm writing this review to draw attention! I've tried many PBXs, and Megafon turned out to be the best option. It has many advantages, such as the multi-phone business service — I won't go into detail, it's better to check it out yourself. The CRM is indeed excellent, integrations are simple, missed calls are forwarded to Telegram, and the Megafon Communicator app is just a find (at least, working in one service = fewer problems), especially under sanctions. I'm glad I chose Megafon. The pros can be listed for a long time. But why only 2 stars? Let me explain. Today is January 7, and since December 30, we have been losing clients in droves. Missed calls come with delays or don't come through at all. We receive about 2500 calls daily, but the PBX has only shown 200-700 since the 30th, with most incoming calls not being displayed. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened this year. It's hard to assess the losses, but I think we've missed out on a couple of million in turnover, which is a lot and, unfortunately, overshadows all the advantages. Moreover, they had an excellent tariff line "Manage" — and one "cloudy" day they stopped working with the communicator, meaning only through the phone, which is useless for many. We had 2 tariffs connected, and I was promised that the old conditions would be preserved, meaning the tariff was supposed to work through the communicator, and since it was archival, they weren't allowed to change it. But they disconnected it... I consider this extremely inappropriate on Megafon's part. Okay, I think, they want to make money, and the "Manage" tariff is unprofitable for them since they buy the connection themselves, making this tariff burdensome for the company. They promised to create a package of minutes for outgoing calls, but have been ignoring it for two months. How is that possible? They will lose clients, and business clients are still more attractive, or am I missing something? In the end: an amazing PBX could be, if not for such silly situations. I see two problems: something happened with the technicians, as a failure lasting more than a week is catastrophic for business. The second problem is the approach of the staff. Where is the promised package of minutes? Where is the call from the manager or a response to my email about the tariff? Where is the response to my inquiry in the personal account? Basically, these are standard problems, like many in business: people and technology. The idea and implementation are amazing up to a certain point, there really are no analogs. But now I will be looking at other operators who seem to offer their technical solutions in the form of communicators within the CRM.
