We used this PBX, but it wasn't our main one, and thank goodness for that. The staff is completely incompetent. If the connection is lost, they won't call you back, and it's impossible to reach them. There's no personal manager, so you have to write emails and try to figure out who this wonder is, but we never found out. They were unwilling to solve the problem. I do not recommend it! The complaint is not about the service itself, but specifically about the support - this is very important. If a problem arises, you won't get any help!
