In August 2017, I bought sneakers on the website http://vans-keds.ru/ as a gift, so I had to order without trying them on. The sneakers turned out to be fake, two sizes smaller than the originals. And then the most interesting part began. They stopped answering the phone number listed on the website +79650569881 almost immediately. I tried calling from different numbers to explain the situation: their favorite phrase was "we'll call you back (for some reason?!) after seven." Of course, they never called back. I tried to place another order using the phone number +79602806752. They didn't send anything. In summary: this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I absolutely do not recommend it!!!!!

Order number 1421. I ordered sneakers on the website. The prices surprised me right away, compared to 4-5k in online stores. They called that day and said I would have to wait. Well, okay - they delivered them in 3 days. I was at work, and my wife accepted the order.
1) In the end, they brought the wrong sneakers; instead of the era, they brought the authentic ones.
2) The courier wanted to charge my wife 50 rubles more.
3) Besides the courier's invoice, there was nothing else. No receipt, nothing.
4) Upon inspection, I already found glue on the toe.
5) The size didn’t fit me, although it’s strange since they all have the same size for my foot (no matter how many I’ve bought). I know my size is US 10 and always take that. It was unexpected.
6) !!! And most importantly, when I called them and asked to exchange or get a refund - they just disappear. They don’t answer the phone. I called from different phones (even specifically used another one to get through) and when I finally got through, the operator said my complaint was accepted, and to wait. And that’s it, they don’t get back to you.
In conclusion: don’t buy from this store. If the size doesn’t fit, you definitely won’t get a refund. A penny saved is a penny earned (in my case).
