I've been working at the collection agency Ilma for about a year now, and my review is positive so far. Actually, it’s more accurate to say "already" instead of "so far." Initially, I really didn’t like the job because the management is focused on making money; they push you to earn for them and meet targets. I was earning decently, but the bonus is the main source of income, and I never got it, as they constantly deducted for various reasons, especially for absences and not meeting the plan. Then I got used to it and started performing better – now my salary is quite satisfying. Everything else is as usual, nothing interesting.

I had to go twice to get the loan because the first time I came with my military ID, which they didn't accept, and they also didn't take a photocopy of my passport. I had to wait until my passport was available, then go again, but this time they issued a loan of 65,000 in just 30 minutes. It was issued at the Plesetsk credit cooperative, and the wait wasn't too long, although they didn't offer any tea or coffee, and the heating situation was a bit sad. Thankfully, I wasn't kept waiting long in this heat.

A special thanks to the Laina credit cooperative and my heartfelt review of the Ilma company! They helped us out, and now we have a new renovation at home that we wanted to do for a long time, and without them, we wouldn't have managed before the New Year. Of course, 150,000 rubles doesn't seem like a lot of money, but the bank offered us only 12,000 rubles based on our salary – it's funny to say. Well, we took what we took; we would have even taken it at a higher interest rate, but it turned out that the terms were more favorable than at the bank. I really don't understand what the point is in borrowing from a bank if it's not even beneficial and they also make you deal with a ton of paperwork?
