I planned to connect this Payment Aggregator to my website, as the terms looked enticing. Everything would have been great if at least one of their phone numbers worked. I called on a weekday from 10 AM to 6 PM Moscow time, which is within the entire working hours of Russia, but all the numbers turned out to be inactive. I was also alarmed by some points in the contract. In particular, clause 7.1 obliges the client: b) not to use anonymizing tools (socks servers, proxy servers, distributed anonymous networks like "tor," etc.); clause 10.2 states that chargebacks must not exceed 1% of the total amount of processed payments in favor of the client through the Unitpay service within one month. And clause 10.3 specifies that if the number of chargebacks exceeds the established limit, Unitpay has the right to immediately terminate the agreement with the client and withhold a penalty equal to all remaining reserves, but not less than 10,000 euros. If the reserves are less than 10,000 euros, they can demand that the client pay a penalty up to that amount. With such contract conditions and non-working numbers, dealing with this company is extremely risky.
