This payment system cannot operate in the Russian Federation, as according to Law No. 161-FZ "On the National Payment System," since April 28, 2020, Russian banks have stopped conducting transactions with accounts of foreign payment systems that do not have subsidiary offices in the country and are not included in the special list of the Central Bank. This company does not have a representative office in Russia. Money is accepted, but receipts are not issued.
